Meet the Candidates: Susheela Jayapal

Peace Action is honored to have peace champion Susheela Jayapal (OR-03) join us to discuss critical issues of peace and justice. Please join our Peace Voter 2024 “Meet the Candidates” series to learn about the candidates we are supporting this election cycle.

Susheela has been calling for a ceasefire in Gaza since November, stating that “The Netanyahu government’s response — bombing civilians in schools, refugee camps, and hospitals; denying food, water, medical care; bombing evacuation routes — this is not an acceptable response, and it has led to a horrific humanitarian catastrophe.”
