Join the Tempest Collective in discussion about the struggle against the co-opt of queer identity in both Israeli and US media, the Palestinian queer experience, and solidarity with Palestine in the imperial core. As we look to Palestine and what it represents for global liberation, we must holistically address the intersections of oppression and experience, particularly the ways occupying forces weaponize queer identities in service of their colonial project and the liberatory work of LGBTQ+ Palestinians in the struggle against homophobia, transphobia, and imperialism.
